Unitemp GmbH specializes in manufacturing equipment for various thermal processes. The most important equipment are fast annealing systems, reflow soldering ovens (flux-free and wax-free soldering) and very precise heat plates. The selections also include the VSS vacuum soldering system, where flux can be used.
